I have been in the real estate industry since 1996 and am a Broker Associate, Florida Licensed Real Estate Instructor, member of the National Association of REALTORS ®, and member of the Sarasota/Manatee Board of REALTORS ®. My business is based on providing quality service and not driven by quantity. My services are provided with honesty and integrity. My strong work ethic, listening and communication skills, focus on details and organization combined with my experience in home renovation and decorating led me to the profession and my desire to help others with their real estate needs. Having relocated numerous times, I understand buyer and seller needs and expectations firsthand whether moving locally or across the country. I make it my business to be educated and remain abreast of current and changing market conditions, real estate practices, and local and world events that can impact our lives. During my career, I earned my Broker license as well as Florida Real Estate Instructor license. I taught pre and post licensing and Code of Ethics, transactional training to new associates. I am dedicated to my clients being educated about selling or buying.

Knowledge is important in any decision-making process, and I had the pleasure of teaching first-time home buyer classes and counseled seniors in housing and lifestyle options as their needs changed. I earned the designations/certifications of Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®), and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE). There is a methodology and strategy in the process of purchasing or selling a home and it cannot be done without proper thought, preparation, planning and implementation.

My objective is to carefully guide you through the various steps in the process to the result of you achieving your real estate goals and having a positive experience. These results measure my success.
